Ruhiges Haus mit lang ansässigen Mietern, hier kann man nicht mit lauter Musik wildern, wöchentlich Partys schmeißen, monatlich schon! :D

Die WG liegt im tollen Nippes, direkt am Marktplatz auf dem von Montag bis Samstag Markt ist. Alle 4 wochen auch Flohmarkt am Sonntag.
Ich wohne schon seit knapp 4 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und sie ist mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen, dementsprechend auch alle Dinge die sich in der Wohnung befinden. Ein sorgsamer Umgang mit allem wäre mit also sehr wichtig.

U-Bahn-Haltestelle Florastr. in 5 Minuten erreichbar, 4 Haltestellen bis Dom/HBF, zu Fuß gute halbe Stunde bis in die Altstadt...|WG-Leben:Das WG-Leben ergibt sich.
Ich bin selbständig und arbeite auch viel zu Hause... eine Party-WG sollte es eher nicht werden. ;-)

Waschmaschine im Keller gab den Geist auf, Waschsalon ist aber direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite...
