- Leuchtmittel / Lampen (verstellbares Licht) in alle Räumen / Decken und LED-Streifen im Badezimmer.
Für den TG-Stellplätze kommen 80€ monatlich dazu. Der Stellplatz ist direkt im Haus, der Zugang aus der Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug ist barrierefrei.
- Die Kaltmiete inkl. Küche, Möbel und TG-Stellplatz beträgt 1.100€ pro Monat.
- Der monatliche Abschlag für die Nebenkosten liegt bei 200€.
- Somit haben wir eine Warmmiete von 1.300€.
- Die Kaution beträgt 3.300 €.
