der Ludwigstraße zwischen Odeonsplatz und Universität und ist trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen. Sie wurde 2020 saniert und ist wirklich top in Schuss. Wir haben eine Küche eingebaut, die gerne übernommen werden kann. Es gibt außerdem zwei sehr nützliche Kammern, die wir als Garderobe und Speisekammer genutzt haben. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind nach Süden ausgerichtet und daher an sonnigen Tagen von Früh bis Spät lichtdurchflutet. Wenn man sich mit den Nachbarn gut versteht und sich ein wenig kümmert, kann man einen wundervollen großen Hinterhofgarten mitbenutzen (was wir leider viel zu selten getan haben).
