Other than that it is a really quite neighborhood with good public transportation with the Tram (25) right next door and the subway (U1) a few hundred meters (Wettersteinplatz) away. Grocery stores (Rewe) are also close by and a bakery shop is just across the street. The Isar can be reached on foot or bike in a few kilometers. The rental costs include utilities.
